The “Made in Italy in the UAE and KSA” project, promoted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai, focuses on strengthening business relations in the agri-food sector between Italy and the Middle East, particularly the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This initiative is part of CAAB’s international expansion strategy, which includes the opening of representative offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, aimed at promoting high-quality Italian agricultural products in these key markets.

The project, running until 2025, includes a showroom to showcase several projects and it is designed to enhance Italy’s presence in regions with high food import rates. It emphasizes Italian agribusiness excellence, offering consulting and support for businesses entering the Middle Eastern market. Additionally, the collaboration with the Italian-Emirati Chamber of Commerce helps create opportunities for Italian companies in various sectors, including food, design, and machinery, while also promoting innovation and sustainability.

This initiative is supported by regional economic contributions from Emilia-Romagna to help Italian exporters expand into new markets, with the ultimate goal of showcasing Italy’s excellence at major international events like the Expo 2025 in Osaka.
